The Mohammed Bin Rashid Library (MBRL) is opening officially on June 16 2022, this library is located in Al Jadaf, Dubai Creek Harbour. This place is becoming the biggest library in the UAE and covers an area of 2 million square feet and has a capacity of 1.6 million books. It also has a digital archive that contains more than 100,000 manuscripts from various Arab countries. Moreover, this library is opening with a great vision from their Directors.

According to Wam Emirates News Agencies, Mohammed Al MurBoard of Directors at the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library said

“The Mohammed Bin Rashid Library is one of the unique public libraries in the region and worldwide. This ambitious monument reflects His Highness’s vision and mindset, aimed at enhancing the UAE’s knowledge and culture sector and building a widely-enlightened and scientifically-rich generation to lead our future and elevate our culture.” 

To come to visit this knowledge and culture space, It’s free for entrance but you have to register before visiting. The opening time is 9 AM – 11.55 PM for Mon – Thu and Sat,  2 PM – 9 PM for Fri and close on Sunday.

Especially, Mohammed bin Rashid Library is located in a livable area which is Dubai Creek. This location is not only aesthetically region but also full of facilities and has a convenient transportation including public transportation which is Creek Metro Station. Additionally, it’s a prime location for many properties such as Creek Edge and The Grand condo for sale in Dubai Creek Habour. For resident who live in Dubai Creek area is available to drive a few minutes to library and for resident who live around D1 Tower at Jaddaf Waterfront is walkable for a 12 minutes to the library.
